Short-form video series designed to support student learning in VCE Outdoor and Environmental Studies.
Each video is intentionally concise (2–5 minutes), focusing on one key knowledge point at a time. This approach aligns with research showing that short, targeted instructional videos improve engagement and retention (Brame, 2016; Mayer, 2009), alongside Australian evidence highlighting the importance of clear, explicit teaching and varied instructional approaches (AITSL; CESE, 2020).
The series is designed to complement classroom teaching, not replace it. Research highlights that students benefit from clear explanations and exposure to varied instructional perspectives, helping to increase motivation and deepen understanding (Hattie, 2012; AITSL; CESE, 2020).
